Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all lost pet details are matched and emailed to potential owners, we regret that we cannot guarantee that this will take place on 100% of matches. PetsLocated offers no guarantee that animals will be found and returned to their original owners.

We hope that you will easily be able to utilise the PetsLocated service. However, in the event that you should have cause for complaint or be unhappy with any aspect of our service please contact us including a brief explanation of how we could make improvements. We will deal with any complaints in a professional and courteous manner and aim to respond within 2 working days.
We would be delighted to hear that you have been reunited with your pet or found the rightful owner, either via the PetsLocated service or any other manner. If your posting is no longer valid then please cancel your posting. This will ensure that our database remains current with valid postings only and assists all users of the service.
If you are an Owner who has registered a missing pet your listing can be re-activated at any time within the subscription period should the need arise.
If you wish your details to be removed from the website we can do that for you. Any pets linked to your account (Lost or Found) will be removed from the website and any remaining subscription period will be forfeited without refund. Please select the appropriate link under "My Login Details" on the My Account page.
We regret that under normal circumstances we are unable to offer refunds. This includes where a pet has returned of its own accord, or has been found deceased. Should you have a complaint in relation to the fee payable, please contact us as outlined above.
When you sign up for a PetsLocated account, you agree not to use the account to send spam or abusive messages to other parties or to PetsLocated.com Ltd or to use the messaging service, or the site as a whole, for any purpose other than that for which it is intended – to endeavour to reunite lost and found pets.
If PetsLocated identifies a registered user who has contravened this agreement, we reserve the right to remove your PetsLocated listing, remove your account and block you from further using the service. If you have paid for a lost listing with PetsLocated and are deemed to have contravened our abuse policy no refund will be offered or given. The final decision about whether abuse has taken place lies with PetsLocated.
If you are a user of PetsLocated and you are in receipt of an abusive message you can report the abuse to PetsLocated by using our contact us page and we will investigate in a quick and fair manor.
This website is run by PetsLocated.com Ltd, registered in England and Wales company number 07343514 and is registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) Registration Number Z3159369.
PetsLocated.com processes all data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2018.
We control and operate the website from our offices in England. Accordingly the laws of England and Wales govern claims relating to, including the use of, this web site and the materials contained therein. If you choose to access our website from outside England and Wales you do so on your own initiative and you hereby agree that in the event of a dispute between PetsLocated.com Ltd and you the laws of England and Wales will apply at all times.
Any contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of England, and you and PetsLocated.com Ltd trading irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court.

Payment will be taken in full at the time of ordering. The prices listed on the site are in UK pounds (GBP). We reserve the right to change any advertised price at any time.
International customers: Your credit card or debit card company will exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at the current rate.
The contract shall not have been concluded until we have received your valid credit card charge or debit card payment details and we have accepted your on-line order and sent you confirmation by return e-mail to the address you have given us during the registration procedure and on ordering.
We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you and may suspend your account without notice pending investigations by us.
