Losers / Pet Owners – Data retention and storage
We retain and store your personal data for a period of 24 months from the last activity on your account, or from the end of your subscription period, whichever is the later. Any personal information given will not be shared with any 3rd party organisations excepting a formal Data Protection Request from the Police or law enforcement agencies in conjunction with a criminal investigation.
At the end of the 24 month period all personal details will be de-personalised and all personal information deleted. Pet details will be de-activated at the end of the paid subscription period but may be retained for statistical and reporting purposes.
Account Deletion for Losers / Pet Owners
Should you wish to completely delete your account during your paid subscription period you will lose the remainder of the subscription for the period you have paid for and no refunds will be offered (Please see our Terms and Conditions). Your account will be de-activated and personal details removed. No re-activation, renewal or editing of your details will be possible. Should you wish to re-list your pet then you will need to create a new account, add your pet details and pay for your preferred subscription period again.
If you have a period of subscription remaining we suggest that instead of deleting your account you deactivate your pet listing but retain your account until the end of your paid subscription period (please see the FAQs page for help). This will enable you to either re-activate the original listing should you need to, or use the listing for a different pet within the remaining paid subscription period.

At the end of the 24 month period all personal details will be de-personalised and all personal information deleted. Pet details may be retained for statistical and reporting purposes.
Account Deletion for Finders
If you would like us to remove your account at any time, please deactivate any Found Pet listings you may have on the site (please see the FAQs page for help) and then contact us and we will do this for you in a timely manner.
